- Provide, maintain, and improve our data integration and analytics services
- Sync your QuickBooks Online data to your designated cloud data warehouse

Data Storage and Security
Your financial data is stored in your own cloud environment (Azure SQL Database). We do not retain copies of your financial data on our systems. We only maintain secure access credentials (stored in Azure Key Vault) necessary to perform the data synchronization.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or financial data to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With trusted third-party service providers (Microsoft Azure, Intuit) who assist in operating our platform, subject to confidentiality obligations.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users.
QuickBooks Online Integration
Our application integrates with QuickBooks Online via Intuit's official API. When you authorize our application:
- We request only the permissions necessary to provide our services
- You can revoke access at any time through your QuickBooks Online account settings
- We comply with Intuit's platform policies and data handling requirements
